That&#039;s why we offer clear and transparent benefits:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Transportation costs<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Free delivery<\/strong> for orders over <strong>1,500 RON<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>For orders below this threshold, the cost starts at <strong>25 RON<\/strong>, automatically calculated based on weight, volume, number of packages and destination. The final price is displayed on the checkout page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Showroom pickup<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For customers who prefer direct interaction, the order can be picked up free of charge from the showroom via the option <strong>Showroom pickup<\/strong>, as soon as it is ready.<\/p>\n<p>Choose the right delivery method and complete your order with confidence. If a product does not meet your expectations, you have the option to return it under the conditions below:<\/p>\n<p>According to Romanian legislation (GEO no. 34\/2014), you have the right to return purchased products within 14 calendar days of receiving them, without penalties and without giving a reason.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Products must be in their complete original packaging, including labels, boxes, cases, or related accessories; they must be unopened, unused, and accompanied by all related accessories and documentation;<\/li>\n<li>Returns are not accepted for textile products intended for personal use (bed linen, pillows, duvets, bathrobes, towels, pajamas, mattresses, etc.) that have been opened or used.;<\/li>\n<li>Customized products (made to order, monogrammed, or with other specifications) cannot be returned;<\/li>\n<li>Pillows cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons;<\/li>\n<li>Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except in cases otherwise agreed upon.<\/li>\n<li>Refunds for the products will be issued within 14 days of receipt and verification of the return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Togas reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for your understanding and for the trust you have placed in the Togas brand.<\/p><\/div>\n    <\/div>\n        <div tabindex=\"0\" role=\"tabpanel\" class=\"bde-tabs__panel js-panel\" id=\"tab-panel-bde-tabs-12392-123-3\" aria-labelledby=\"tab-bde-tabs-12392-123-3\">\n      <div class=\"bde-tabs__panel-content breakdance-rich-text-styles\"><p>You can cancel a Togas order if its status is &quot;in process&quot;.
