An original Loan toothbrush cup is made from a unique natural material.

It is the mineral selenite, a white-yellowish color, a type of translucent gypsum. Its name comes from the Greek „selene”, which means „moon”. Selenite is reminiscent of the Earth’s natural satellite through its hue and its characteristic fibers, similar to fine needles, which create plays of light – an extremely attractive „lunar” optical effect. If a ray of light passes through a piece of selenite, the mineral seems to glow from within. Selenite has several remarkable properties: it is warm to the touch, and even in winter, if it is placed in the snow and then taken in the hand, it retains its warmth and provides a pleasant sensation. In lithotherapy, selenite is considered to help with concentration, induce calm, reduce stress and help strengthen immunity.
