BINOCHE snack plate

Binoche is an exquisite snack plate with a sauce bowl. It is made of high-quality hard porcelain.

For its production, ecological raw materials were used — an essential aspect for tableware and culinary accessories. The main component (50%) is kaolin (white clay), supplemented with feldspar and quartz. The result is a very hard and durable porcelain, capable of withstanding both extremely low and very high temperatures. During the manufacturing process, the liquid porcelain mass is poured into special molds and fired in a gas furnace for 6–8 hours at 1200°C. After cooling, the pieces are sent for manual glazing. Thus, Binoche tableware retains its impeccable appearance over time: white, bright and shiny.

A distinctive element of the plate is the small sauce bowl integrated into the design. The combination of the snack plate and the elegant sauce bowl is a stylish and practical solution, saving space on the set table.

The layer of golden titanium applied by electroplating gives the piece a spectacular shine. Titanium is an extremely resistant metal, immune to scratches and corrosion, able to withstand very high temperatures. The item can be washed in the dishwasher or used in the oven.
