Return Policy:

• Products must be in their complete original packaging, including labels, boxes, cases, or related accessories; they must be unopened, unused, and accompanied by all related accessories and documentation;
• Returns are not accepted for textile products intended for personal use (bed linen, pillows, duvets, bathrobes, towels, pajamas, mattresses, etc.) that have been opened or used.;
• Customized products (made to order, monogrammed, or with other specifications) cannot be returned;
• Pillows cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons;
• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except in cases otherwise agreed upon.
• Refunds for the products will be issued within 14 days of receipt and verification of the return.
