A dressy dinner plate Celestia is made of high-quality NEW BONE CHINA. This is durable, heat-resistant porcelain created using a new formula.
The bone ash in its composition has been replaced with synthetic additives. The production process for this type of porcelain is no different from that for other types, except for the shorter firing time (4 hours instead of 6â10 hours), since the synthetic additives in the porcelain mass are not as demanding in terms of firing time. NEW BONE CHINA is a little less transparent and has a creamy shade compared to the traditional bone china.
